With a medieval aesthetic, Shakespearean language, a plot that draws heavily from Greek influences, contemporary ideals, and 80s music, Head Over Heels is an energetic, joyful musical about circles and cycles and how one must let go of the constraints of past tradition and culture in order to discover a stronger, brighter future.
Head Over Heels was my capstone at the University of Arizona. I worked under Apollo Weaver to create the paint elevations, and I created the color palettes and illustrations to fill in the structure that he had designed.
